OAPHCC is a partner in the Libety Premier Contractors Group. Liberty Northwest offers members a tailored workers' compensation program and pricing to help keep risks and losses under control.
OSHA Citations and Code Civil Penalties
OAPHCC has retained the law firm of Watts & Watts to provide OSHA and building code citation defense services for our members. Their firm will handle OSHA and building code citations from the writing of the letter of contest, through the informal conference, up to the formal hearing. Legal costs up to the formal hearing will be the responsibility of the individual member. It is important to remember when using this service that there are strict time limits for appealing citations and you should FAX citations to the Association promptly, in order to preserve your rights.
Educational Programs
OAPHCC's Contractor Education Programs are designed to give you the tools to deal with changes in your profession. These include technical and business manuals, seminars on various areas of concern, and a business management course offered throughout the year.

This course and other continuing education seminars and courses are available.
Conventions
OAPHCC conventions are fun, informative and profitable. They feature informative seminars, keynote speakers and the opportunity to acquire profitable information from discussing your ideas and industry issues with your peers.
Local Chapter Meetings
In addition to the annual convention, the various local chapters meet regularly to discuss local challenges, socialize and share business solutions.
Golf Tournaments
We hold two golf tournaments a year: Convention and Portland Metro-area. It's a time to link together for good sportsmanship, have some fun and socialize.
C. J. Hansen Scholarship Auction
Each November, we hold our annual C. J. Hansen Scholarship Auction to raise money for Scholarships. Annually, three $1,000 scholarships are awarded to deserving high school and college students. "Making the Future Happen."
