What is an apprenticeship? Apprenticeships are occupational training programs that combine supervised on-the-job training (OJT) experience with classroom instruction, usually taking only 4 years to complete. This is a career opportunity where men, veterans, women, and minorities are encouraged to apply!
How do I become an apprentice? Of course you must meet minimum qualifications, but get started by submitting a completed application and registration agreement. An apprentice is usually a full-time employee who is learning while earning, don’t delay! Get on our List of Eligible Applicants TODAY! Contact Julie Fleck, the Apprenticeship Coordinator at 503-557-1203 or by E-mail Julie@orphcc.com.
