Online Continuing Education Courses & Testing

Continuing education is critical for every journeyman plumber to keep up-to-date on code changes, increase the competence level of their skilled profession, and maintain their journeyman plumber's license.  The Oregon Association of PHCC (OAPHCC) offers two on-line 8-hour state accredited courses to meet these needs.

To purchase a course, click on one of the PHCC logos and add the course(s) to your shopping cart.  The system accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express.  You must answer the question regarding how you wish the exam to be sent to you, however, NOTHING WILL BE SHIPPED.  The entire course is done on-line.

You will be allowed two attempts to pass the exam.  If you are unable to pass the exam after two attempts, you will need to repurchase the exam.

You can start and stop the exam at any time.  Simply close the browser and come back and continue where you left off.

Upon successful completion of the exam, the system will issue you a "Certificate of Completion."  Print the certificate and retain it for your records.

OAPHCC will be notified electronically of your successful completion of the exam.  Once notification has been received by OAPHCC, they will submit your accredited hours to Building Codes Division.
