The 2008 Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code (OPSC) is based on the following:

• The 2006 Uniform Plumbing Code (Fifth Printing), Chapters 2 through 11, 13, 14 and 15, and 16; and Appendices A, B, D, E, and I.
• The 2002 Edition of the Standard NFPA 99C, Medical Gas and Vacuum Systems Standard.
• Oregon amendments as adopted by the State of Oregon Building Codes Division.
