Our Mid-Valley apprenticeship program is thriving apprenticeships with registered Training Agents based in cities such as, Shedd, Brownsville, Harrisburg, Wilsonville, Stayton, Salem, and Albany.

What is an apprenticeship?  Apprenticeships are occupational training programs that combine supervised on-the-job training (OJT) experience with classroom instruction, usually taking only 4 years to complete.  This is a career opportunity where men, veterans, women, and minorities are encouraged to apply!

How do I become an apprentice?  Of course you must meet minimum qualifications, but get started by submitting a completed application and registration agreement. An apprentice is usually a full-time employee who is learning while earning, don’t delay!  Get on our List of Eligible Applicants TODAY!  Contact Julie Fleck, the Apprenticeship Coordinator at 503-557-1203 or by E-mail Julie@orphcc.com.
