ORPHCC INTRODUCES A "NEW LOOK" FOR OUR WEBSITE
Our new website is just days away from being ready. Tech issues, as always, have slowed our planned January 1st roll out.
Nevertheless, I am very excited about how it is shaping up. Click on the "LAUNCH" button to sneak a pre-view while we're still in the "under construction" phase or go to http://www.osaphcc.com/index.html.
Don't worry, we are keeping www.ORPHCC.com. We are using this website address as our temporary home while we work out the bugs. I am especially excited about allowing people to join online (contractors and associates). ~Darrell Fuller, ORPHCC Executive Director.

FEDERATED MAINTAINS “A” RATING
Federated recently announced that it once again has earned an “A” (“Excellent”) rating for financial strength from Weiss Ratings, the nation’s leading independent provider of ratings and analyses of financial services companies, mutual funds and stocks. Less than two percent of the nation’s life and health insurers meet Weiss Ratings’ criteria for exceptional financial strength. Melissa Gannon, Vice President of Weiss Ratings, wrote, “This rating recognizes Federated Life Insurance Company as an outstanding insurer, offering excellent financial stability for its customers, vendors, and employees.” Federated has also maintained their “A+” (“Superior”) rating from AM Best, the leading rating service for property and casualty. To contact Federated about the products they offer to Oregon contractors, contact Oregon Marketing Manager Randy Raymond at (503)320-7387.

DOES YOUR BUSINESS USE FACEBOOK? TWITTER? LINKEDIN?
Brenda Dant, Indiana PHCC Executive Director, is facilitating a panel discussion at the National PHCC convention next month in Minneapolis. She is looking for contractors who are using social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In etc.) in their business. You don't have to be an expert on the subject - she is looking for stories of all kinds to share - the good, the bad and the ugly! If you have a story you are willing to share, please contact her at 317-575-9292 or brenda@iaphcc.com.
